Players must have a physical on file to participate in summer activities. Physicals for the 2026-2027 school year must be dated 4/1/2026 or later. 2026-2027 physicals will be valid until 5/31/27. CMS no longer accepts paper copies of physicals. See Athletic Documents tab for more information.
