Players must have a physical on file to participate in summer activities.  Physicals for the 2024-2025 school year must be dated 4/1/2024 or later.  2024-2025 physicals will be valid until 5/31/25.   CMS no longer accepts paper copies of physicals. See Athletic Documents tab for more information.
