Players must have a physical on file to participate in summer activities. Physicals for the 2023-2024 school year must be dated 4/1/2023 or later. 2023-2024 physicals will be valid until 6/1/24. CMS no longer accepts paper copies of physicals. See Athletic Documents tab for more information.
